A warm welcome to my world of wide-ranging poetry and of short stories – the latter, mostly humorous.   Please feel free to come here and browse as often as you like.  I am Magi, the magical poet, who lives in Perth, Western Australia.   Perth is reputed to be the most isolated capital city on earth.

Principles, Values, What inspires you:

I am inspired by the teachings found in A Course in Miracles, which I consider to be the Gospel of Original Innocence.  A principal teaching is: we are our hearts, and our hearts are innocent still, for in our hearts the Heart of God is laid.  Thus I look upon everyone as my loving brothers and sisters.  When I look for the good in them, I invariably find it.   And it is wonderful.  Another fundamental teaching of ACIM is: what you give, you share, for giving and receiving are the same.  Consequently, I follow the ‘golden rule’ of doing unto others as I would have them do unto me.  In this spirit, I offer love and never condemnation.

I firmly believe that you can tell a lot about someone when you understand who their heroes and mentors are.  Mine are those who are willing to walk the path of peace, offering only love to all whom they meet.  And I firmly believe all of us not only can do so but are meant to do so.  God is love, and we all are children of the Light - to this there are no exceptions.
